How do I register?

It's very easy to set up a new BetBaba account. To place bets at BetBaba you must first register a new account by filling in the player registration form. It is important that you provide correct personal information so we can give you the best online betting experience.

According to the regulations governing BetBaba, all players must provide a valid ID — a colour picture of a passport, identity card, or driver's licence. The time period within which you must upload this document is shown in your BetBaba account once you are logged in.

The company reserves the right to deny customers who provide false information, and to refuse the payment of any winnings or withdrawal requests. At any time the company may request additional information; on request, the user is obligated to provide an official document such as a passport, driver's licence, or identity card.

Once you've registered and been approved by BetBaba, your account is yours alone — it can only be used by the registered person.

How do I adjust my account settings?

Click your username, then select Profile. From there you can view your account settings, upload documents, change your password, and set limits on your losses, deposits, and wager amounts. You can also self-exclude from gambling at BetBaba or disable your account from this page.

Is my data safe at BetBaba?

Why can I no longer access my BetBaba account?

If you're having trouble accessing your account, please contact our customer support team via info@BetBaba.com or via Live Chat — we'll help you resolve any issues as soon as possible.

A forgotten password is the most common cause of unsuccessful login. However, your account could also have been blocked due to the absence of sufficient identity documentation, which must be presented within 30 days of registration. If it has been longer than 24 months since your last login, your account is automatically labelled inactive and closed.

How do I deposit and withdraw money?

BetBaba offers a wide range of methods to deposit and withdraw money, and we are constantly searching for new and better payment options to add to our system.

How do I cancel a withdrawal request?

You can cancel a withdrawal request before it is processed. Click on your username → Withdrawal, then choose the request you want to cancel. Your money will be transferred back to your gaming account within a few minutes.

Placing Bets

How do I place a bet?

To bet on a single event, choose the betting market from the Sports Categories on the BetBaba homepage, or simply click on one of the odds available in the Popular Bets or Last Minute Bets sections. Once you find the event, click the selection you want to bet on and your pick will automatically appear in the Bet Slip.

How do I place a multibet?

To place a multibet, you must first select at least two different outcomes from different events. This will enable the Multibet tab in your Bet Slip in the top-right corner of the page. You can navigate using the Sports Categories menu on the homepage or by browsing the markets in Popular Bets and Last Minute Bets. Add your bets to the Multibet Bet Slip by clicking the odds you wish to bet on.

As you add bets to your Bet Slip, you'll notice the Total Odds changing. Once you've added your bets to the Multibet Bet Slip, enter the amount you wish to wager by typing it into the Stake box.

You can add up to 30 bets to your multibet. As you add more, the Potential Winnings field will update according to the Total Odds. Once everything looks right, click Confirm.

How do I place a system bet?

To place a system bet, you must first select at least three different outcomes from different events. This will enable the System tab in your Bet Slip in the top-right corner of the page. You can navigate using the Sports Categories menu, or by browsing through Popular Bets and Last Minute Bets. Add your bets to the System Bet Slip by clicking the odds you wish to bet on.

Once you've added your bets, enter the amount you wish to wager into the Stake box. Below the Stake box you'll see check-boxes that let you select the type of system you wish to bet on.

You can add up to eight bets to a system bet. As you add more, the Potential Winnings updates along with the available system types. As you change the system bet type, your Overall Stake and Potential Winnings will both change. Once everything is right, click Confirm.

Can I cancel my bet?

No. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I use the odds-type filters?

The odds filters give you easy access to your favourite markets, sports, and events. Turn the 2-3 Way filter on if you want to observe the markets for win/loss/draw for a particular sport or event. You can then add any other market to the list by checking the box next to it.

Live Betting

How do I cash out?

Cash Out is an option that lets you withdraw your money during the game by either increasing your initial bet or reducing the risk of losing. With Cash Out you can withdraw your bet before the final whistle — all you need to do is choose the Cash Out option in your Bet Slip.

The Cash Out option is only available for Live Bets, where you can wager on outcomes as they happen. Choose the Bet History tab in your Bet Slip to make the Cash Out. You'll immediately see whether Cash Out is available and how much you can withdraw — the option is marked with an arrow. By clicking it, you'll instantly receive the specified amount in your BetBaba account, and the Bet Slip will indicate that the Cash Out has been successful.

Settlement & Tracking

How long does it take for bets to be settled?

We aim to settle your bets as quickly as possible. Our customers are our highest priority at BetBaba and we do our best to process all bets in time. Delays can occur when the official validation of an event's outcome is required. If you encounter any issues with the settlement of your bets, please contact our customer service team and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

How do I follow my transactions, current bets, and results?

As a registered user, you can follow all of your transactions, bets in play, and results at any time through:

• Transactions — every deposit, withdrawal, and bet stake you've recorded.
• Betting history — every bet placed, with current state and final settlement.

How do I use my Free Bet?

Once a Free Bet is credited to your BetBaba account, choose the event you'd like to bet on — you'll see the Free Bet option appear immediately in the Bet Slip.

What is the Event of the Day?

Event of the Day is a selection of the most important events of the day with boosted odds. To get those odds, you must combine a certain number of outcomes from different events — the required number is indicated above the event name in the Event of the Day section. The improved odds cannot be used for single bets or for combinations of fewer outcomes than required.

Do I need separate accounts for sports betting and casino?

No — one account covers everything. While logged in, you can bet on any sport, play in the casino, and use any other services on the BetBaba website. All the funds in your account are accessible for any and all of the games.
